Andrew Todd Baucom

Prior to establishing Todd Baucom Realty, Inc. in 2018, Todd was a stockholder in Western Carolina Properties, Inc. Todd served as Broker in Charge of the Cullowhee, NC branch office of WCP, managing five to seven brokers over a 15 year period. In addition to management activities, Todd also brokered a substantial volume of commercial and land transactions during that time period, with sales exceeding $8 Million in 2017. Todd Baucom obtained a NC Real Estate Brokerage license in 1996 and managed a residential development company that was family owned in the Monroe, NC area while also working as a Broker in Sylva, NC with Century 21. Mr. Baucom is also a principal in DT Ventures, LLC, a holding company for three apartment communities and residential rentals located in Cullowhee, NC.

The son of entrepreneurs, Todd Baucom grew up in a household with a cosmetologist mother and licensed plumbing contractor, father. They both taught him the importance of customer/client relationships and that some customers can become decades long clients and also translate into lifelong relationships. As a result of these lessons in business relationships, Todd Baucom, through his years in the real estate industry, has many clients that have worked with him for over two decades. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, coaching baseball and traveling to new places with his wife of 23 years, Stephanie. Todd currently serves as a Board Member of Jackson County Little League and has been active in the game at levels from Coach Pitch to High School Wooden Bat Leagues since 2002. Todd is a former High School Football Official and has been honored to officiate as a Head Linesman in both a State 1A Championship game and an East/West All Star game.
